The Miflex HP Hose is a Carbon HD high pressure gauge hose developed specifically for diving applications where durability, flexibility and dependable performance are required. Designed for dive centres, expedition divers and demanding environments where contact with rocks and wrecks may be more frequent, the Carbon HD construction provides a stiffer and more robust alternative to the Miflex Xtreme hi range while remaining more flexible than traditional rubber hoses. It is suitable for connecting an SPG to a first stage regulator and can also be used with compatible air transmitters.

Male First Stage Connection: The male fitting connects to the high pressure port of the first stage regulator.
Female Gauge Connection: The female fitting connects to a compatible SPG or console using the appropriate air spool or swivel pin.
Strain Relief Construction: Male and female fittings incorporate strain relief with shock absorption.
Viton O Ring: The male fitting incorporates a Viton O ring.
14mm Air Spool Well: The female fitting features a 14mm deep air spool or swivel pin well.
300 Bar Working Pressure: Designed with a working pressure rating of 300 bar.
High Burst Pressure: Achieves a burst test pressure greater than 2000 bar compared with the EN250 requirement of greater than 1250 bar.
High Pull Out Strength: Achieves a pull out test result greater than 250kg compared with the EN250 requirement of greater than 100kg.
EN250 Approval: Carbon HD high pressure gauge hoses are approved according to the EN250 standard.
Nitrox Ready: Factory cleaned and supplied ready for compatible Nitrox applications.
Oxygen Compatibility: Designed for use with air or nitrogen and oxygen mixtures containing up to forty percent oxygen.
Short Hose Configuration: The 15cm hose is suitable for SPG connections on deco, stage and pony cylinders and should be secured in a U shape to prevent the hose from dangling with the gauge.
Transmitter Compatibility: A short Carbon HD high pressure hose can be used to connect a compatible air transmitter and reduce its exposure to knocks.
Minimum Bending Radius: Requires a minimum bending radius of at least 3.5 times the outside diameter of the hose.
8Nm Maximum Tightening Torque: The maximum permitted tightening torque for the hose fittings is 8Nm.
Waterproof Miflex Packaging: Supplied in a Miflex branded waterproof bag with information covering product quality, installation and safety.
Italian Manufacture: Manufactured in Italy using high quality materials and production standards.
